Personal Injury Services

Client acquisition
and care coordination,
made simple

Orange Nebula helps personal injury law firms connect with prospective clients and supports those clients through their medical care. We coordinate virtual and in-person services, manage provider referrals, and help ensure clients receive timely access to appropriate care.

Orange Nebula care coordination

A more connected personal injury experience

Orange Nebula works with personal injury law firms, healthcare providers, and injured individuals to reduce gaps between client acquisition, legal intake, and medical care.

We help law firms connect with prospective personal injury clients while coordinating the virtual and in-person medical services those clients may require.

From initial client connection through medical scheduling, provider referrals, follow-up, and ongoing coordination, Orange Nebula provides the support needed to keep cases moving forward.

We do not provide legal advice or make legal case decisions. Each law firm independently determines whether to accept a prospective client and remains responsible for all legal services.

How it works

Three steps from prospective client to coordinated care.

1
We connect with the prospective client
Orange Nebula identifies prospective personal injury clients and gathers the preliminary information needed to determine the appropriate next step.
2
The law firm reviews the opportunity
The prospective client is connected with a participating law firm. The firm independently reviews the information and determines whether it will offer legal representation.
3
We coordinate medical services
For accepted clients, Orange Nebula helps coordinate appropriate virtual and in-person medical services.
These may include telemedicine consultations, psychology services, chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, diagnostic imaging, specialist referrals, scheduling, and follow-up support.

One partner. A more coordinated process.

Medical care coordination
Personal injury client acquisition
We help law firms maintain a more consistent pipeline by connecting them with prospective personal injury clients in the markets they serve.
Legal intake coordination
We collect and organize preliminary client information so participating law firms can review prospective clients efficiently and make their own case-acceptance decisions.
Virtual medical services
We help clients access appropriate virtual care when in-person care is not immediately available. Services may include:
  • Telemedicine consultations with licensed physicians
  • Virtual pain-management consultations
  • Psychology and behavioral-health assessments
  • Follow-up appointments and medication reviews
  • Pharmacy consultations and prescription coordination
  • Traumatic brain injury (TBI) screenings and follow-up care
  • Care-navigation and referral consultations
All virtual medical services are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals.
In-person medical services
We coordinate referrals and appointments based on the client's injuries, needs, and location. Examples include:
  • Chiropractic care and physical therapy
  • Pain-management services
  • Orthopedic and neurological consultations
  • Psychology and behavioral-health services
  • MRI and diagnostic imaging
  • Surgical consultations and specialist care
Orange Nebula coordinates access and communication but does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or direct clinical judgment.
Ongoing care coordination
We support communication, scheduling, follow-up, and administrative coordination throughout the client's medical care. Our goal is to reduce missed appointments, fragmented communication, and unnecessary delays.
Multi-market support
We work with law firms and provider organizations across multiple locations and markets. Our platform is designed to support growing client volume while maintaining consistent communication and coordination.
